Pictured above is the target chamber for the Aurora Laser Fusion Project. HEXTEK was selected and supplied over 100 lightweight Gas-Fusion&trade substrates ranging is size from 18" rounds to 24" squares and rectangles. The mirrors were polished by Zygo Corporation and coated with a transparent UV dielectric coating. (Photo courtesy LANL)
